SCHOOL PLANNING
Every Victorian school has a 4-year Strategic Plan. This is determined by the school community following a School Review. The Strategic Plan sets out how the school is going to achieve its goals for the four years.

Each year of the Strategic Plan, an Annual Implementation Plan is also developed. This outlines the specific goals and actions to be completed for that year.

The Annual Report to the school community provides each school with an opportunity to share the year’s achievement and progress with the community, reflect on the school’s performance and identify how improvement efforts have impacted student outcomes.
